Our Exchange and Return Policy
Our aim is to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery for online orders and 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store physical purchases. Whether it's a sizing issue, a change of heart, or any other reason, we've got you covered. We do not provide refunds to customers.
How It Works
To initiate an exchange or return, simply reach out to our dedicated customer service team at goreanimandali@gmail.com, who will guide you through the process with utmost care and efficiency.
Please ensure that the garment remains in its original condition with tags intact for a smooth transaction. Make sure that you have the invoice/receipt with you during the exchange. Exchanges without invoices/receipts will not be entertained. We will not accept any used garments or accessories. Under no circumstances will we provide refunds to customers. Exchanges are allowed with products of the same price or higher.
We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise an exchange request for one or all products in your order. However, the partial return shall not mean breaking the garment set. Due to an increase in fraud, you can exchange pagadi for only another pagadi and dhoti for another dhoti.
Cancelation and Refund
We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with the same or higher-priced product or canceling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly, within 5 business days.
Refunds will be granted only in the following cases
1. If a wrong item has been delivered to you
2. If your product has a defect.
In such a scenario please mail us at goreanimandali@gmail.com and send us 4 images of your product. After reviewing them, our team will guide you on how to proceed.
Gore Ani Mandali has the right to define what a manufacturing defect is. Gore Ani Mandali will not entertain any refund requests if the customer has damaged the product by not following care instructions or intentionally damaged the product to receive a refund. Customers engaged in such malicious activities will be banned from purchasing from Gore Ani Mandali. Gore Ani Mandali has the right to deny refunds under any scenario.
